Terms & Conditions


  • All shoots / canvases require 50% non refundable deposit payment to secure your date.
  • No Raw files or unedited files WILL BE SENT AND NOT AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
  • All images are edited using the photographers editing style. Photographer does not change his editing style.
  • All outstanding amounts must be paid on the day after the shoot. Failure to do so can result to interest being charged.
  • Shoots that go over the agreed upon time (duration) will result to an extra R500 fee
  • If extra images are requested, a fee of R25 per image will be charge.
  • No booking fee, no shoot booked.
  • Images are delivered within 7 to 14 working days.
  • 30 minutes delay will be allowed. Any more delay in time will result to an extra R500 fee.
  • The Photographer reserves the right to retain all the clients materials in his possession until all monies owed to the Photographer have been paid in full.
  • All prices shown within the Photographers price list are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The Photographer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions to change without prior notice.
  • Postponement after the Service Provider has departed incurs a 100% fee, and a 50% fee if before departure.
  • Right to Reproduce: The Service Provider reserves the right to use images and footage for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes.
  • The Client must not alter images or footage without permission, except for standard adjustments like colour or brightness. Any modifications require the Service Provider’s consent.
  • If your shoot is within a 10km radius of our office, there will be no traveling cost. Travel distances exceeding 10km to your shoot venue will be charged at R15 per additional kilometer.
  • The content and images used on this website are the property of and copyright by Lester The Photographer. Certain images may be utilized on other websites under the control of the Photographer. No images or content may be copied, duplicated or otherwise taken from the website without express written permission from Lester The Photographer and/or the creator of the work.
  • Bookings are made on a strictly first come first served basis.
  • Any extra service rendered at the event on request from the client will be quoted upon after the event.
  • Cancellations: Your deposit of 50% is non-refundable.
